First of all, this program is free to HudsonMann AAP outsourcing clients! Secondly, it has been approved for 1 recertification credit hour toward PHR and SPHR through the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)!
We created this course to help companies reduce liability and eliminate employee misconceptions of these important programs. It was designed with non-HR managers and supervisors in mind, but also serves as a great refresher course for HR professionals. Taking approximately one hour to complete, the course gives a concise introduction to the major elements of Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action showing what each program is and is not.
Certificates are generated for each employee who successfully completes the course completion survey. This survey requires managers to acknowledge their responsibilities as managers under EEO and Affirmative Action laws.
Topics discussed include: Affirmative Action goals, harassment, discrimination, illegal interview questions, and fair performance appraisals. Each chapter is followed by a five-question review to reinforce the main points of the lesson.
